Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RoamWeave website at https://di99lchzrjf7.cloudfront.net (and in future at roamweave.com) (the “Website”), or any associated services, APIs, or features (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and the sole trader operating RoamWeave, based in the United Kingdom (“RoamWeave”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the Website, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation;
- All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
- Set up and maintain mandatory two-factor authentication (TOTP 2FA) as required by the Service — accounts without 2FA enabled may be restricted;
- Keep your password, 2FA credentials, and any API keys confidential and secure;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Description of Service
RoamWeave is an AI-powered web application that generates travel itinerary suggestions and airline loyalty status run plans. The Service uses artificial intelligence models (including Amazon Bedrock, Claude, and Nova Pro) to produce content based on your inputs.
Key features of the Service include:
- AI-generated travel itinerary suggestions for leisure trips;
- AI-generated airline loyalty status run planning and optimisation;
- The ability to share itineraries with others via shareable links;
- API access for programmatic interaction with the Service via API keys.
Important: RoamWeave is NOT a travel agency, tour operator, airline, booking service, or financial adviser. We do not sell, book, or arrange travel. All content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and constitutes suggestions only — not professional travel advice, financial advice, or recommendations. You must independently verify all information before making any travel or financial decisions.
5. Disclaimer of Accuracy — AI-Generated Content
All itineraries, status run plans, flight suggestions, pricing information, loyalty programme earning rates, and other content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided on an “as is” basis. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information;
- Flight details (routes, times, airlines, aircraft types) may be incorrect, discontinued, or unavailable;
- Prices, fares, and cost estimates may be inaccurate, outdated, or not reflective of actual market prices at the time of booking;
- Airline loyalty programme earning rates, tier point values, qualification thresholds, and programme rules may be incorrect or out of date;
- Booking class information and fare class availability may not reflect real-time availability;
- Visa requirements, travel restrictions, and entry conditions referenced in generated content may be incomplete or incorrect;
- Hotel, restaurant, and activity suggestions may reference establishments that are closed, relocated, or no longer operating.
You must independently verify all information generated by the Service — including but not limited to flight availability, pricing, loyalty programme rules, visa requirements, and travel restrictions — before making any bookings, purchases, or travel decisions. Reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification is entirely at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property: The Service, including the Website, its design, source code, algorithms, branding, logos, documentation, and all underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to RoamWeave and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying technology without our prior written consent.
Your content: You retain all rights to the data and information you input into the Service (such as destinations, dates, preferences, and other personal inputs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated content: Content generated by the AI models in response to your inputs is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use. Such content is provided “as is” without any representation or warranty of originality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We make no claim of copyright over AI-generated outputs and provide no guarantee that such outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools (other than through authorised API access with valid API keys) to extract data from the Service;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service;
- Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any content generated by it without our prior written consent;
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures implemented by the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.
8. API Usage Terms
The Service provides API access via API keys for programmatic interaction. By using the API, you agree to the following additional terms:
- API keys are personal to your account and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party;
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys, including any misuse by third parties resulting from your failure to keep them secure;
- The API is subject to rate limits and fair use policies, which may be adjusted at our discretion — excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or revocation of API access;
- You must not use the API to build a competing service or to systematically extract or replicate the Service's functionality;
- We reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales:
- The Service is provided by a sole trader on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
- RoamWeave, its owner, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with:
- Reliance on AI-generated content, including incorrect flight details, inaccurate prices, wrong loyalty programme earning rates, or outdated travel information;
- Missed flights, incorrect bookings, or financial losses resulting from acting on information provided by the Service;
- Changes to airline loyalty programmes, fare rules, or travel regulations that are not reflected in the Service's output;
- Any decisions you make based on the Service's suggestions, including travel bookings, financial commitments, or status run strategies;
- Interruptions, delays, or failures of the Service, including those caused by third-party service providers;
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
- To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) fifty pounds sterling (£50).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoamWeave, its owner, and any associated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service;
- Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Service, including claims related to travel bookings or financial decisions made based on AI-generated content.
11. Termination
Termination by you: You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature available in your profile settings. Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination by us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, abusive or fraudulent behaviour, extended periods of inactivity, or if we cease operating the Service.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. You agree to contact us at the email address provided in Section 17 and allow a reasonable period of at least thirty (30) days for resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page;
- Make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, such as by posting a notice on the Website or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoamWeave with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and RoamWeave regarding the Service.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17. Contact Information
If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about these Terms or the Service, please contact us at:
Email: your-email@roamweave.com
Website: https://di99lchzrjf7.cloudfront.net
We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
18. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or sanctions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, failures of third-party service providers (including cloud hosting, AI model providers, and authentication services), or any other event that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.
In the event of a force majeure event, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and we shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
19. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations;
- Any warranty that the Service will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis;
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, including travel itineraries, status run plans, flight details, pricing, or loyalty programme information;
- Any warranty that defects in the Service will be corrected.
You acknowledge that the use of the Service is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from RoamWeave or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in this section affects any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers in the United Kingdom.
20. Third-Party Services
The Service may reference, suggest, or provide information about third-party services, products, and platforms, including but not limited to:
- Airlines and their loyalty or frequent flyer programmes;
- Airline alliances (such as Star Alliance, oneworld, and SkyTeam);
- Hotel chains, accommodation providers, and booking platforms;
- Travel agencies and online travel agents;
- Payment processors and financial service providers.
These third-party services are independent of RoamWeave. We have no affiliation with, endorsement from, or control over any third-party service referenced in the Service's output. The inclusion of any third-party reference does not imply our endorsement or recommendation.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party service. Any interactions, transactions, or disputes between you and a third-party service provider are solely between you and that provider.
Airline loyalty programme rules, earning rates, tier qualifications, and benefits are determined solely by the respective airlines and are subject to change without notice. RoamWeave does not guarantee the accuracy of any loyalty programme information presented through the Service.
By using RoamWeave, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you have any questions, please contact us using the details provided in Section 17.
